MY CLASSES
Movement for real bodies, real lives, and lasting change
My classes are designed for people with busy lives, whatever their age, experience, or starting point.
I don’t believe Yoga or Pilates needs to be performed perfectly, and I certainly don’t expect everybody in the room to move in the same way.

I want my classes to feel welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable.
I teach with a strong understanding of movement, injury and recovery, but my focus is always on helping you feel comfortable, capable and confident in your own body.
While we take movement seriously, I don’t believe classes need to feel serious all the time. There is usually plenty of laughter along the way.

My Teaching Approach
My Pilates training is in the APPI Method (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute), a physiotherapy-led approach to Pilates. It is the same method used at The Horder Centre in Crowborough and is particularly well suited to people recovering from injury or surgery, or those looking for a safe and accessible way to build strength and capability.

Every exercise can be adapted to suit different abilities, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you. Small adjustments and props can be used to improve comfort and make exercises more accessible when needed.
My Yoga classes focus on presence rather than performance. Combining Yoga and Pilates into a gentle fusion style, classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and develop greater awareness of how your body moves.
