My name is Cara - I'm a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher.
I have experienced training and sports related injuries which were a result of imbalanced and sometimes aggressive exercise, and accidents happen right? Even with the greatest of care.
But our bodies are resilient and with the appropriate care and attention we can absolutely get back to place of comfort and confidence! I've learnt this for myself and I can help support you to feel the same.
I blend a range of Yoga and Pilates to help you enjoy the body you have. As you progress you will feel better, recover and adapt, supporting yourself to keep doing the activities you love to do outside of these classes.
I do not follow a particular linage of Yoga, but have developed my own unique style which is practical yet compassionate in its approach.

I am a certified APPI Instructor with The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), which is the world renowned Pilates method recognised as the industry leader in safe and effective Pilates exercises.

200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION
April 2020 - January 2021
The Yoga Alliance is an officially registered UK governing body for Yoga. I have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification under the instruction of Rosie lles-Jonas, a Yoga Alliance Training Professional.
