Service Description

Specialist class for people preparing for or recovering from hip & knee surgery. (Please note you must have agreement from your Consultant to return to a group class) This course is a 7 week term & allows you to book all Yoga & Pilates classes held on Monday's during Term 1, reserving your place and purchasing each class for £14. Term 6 runs from Sep - Oct.
