THE LOCATION
Knowle Grange is a boutique Health Spa, set in beautiful Victorian country gardens on the Kent and Sussex border, offering a friendly and private approach to wellness.

The facilities include a Swedish steam room, jacuzzi, gym and a covered heated pool, all of which are available for you to use on the retreat day.

Seasonal food, freshly prepared. Nothing is off limits, it’s your day & therefore your choice!

THE DETAILS
Limited to 10 participants
An intimate group of just 10 participants is invited to ensure a personalised and immersive experience.
£165 per person
The day retreat cost is £165 per person, and a non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
